무용전공 대학생의 신체적 자기개념과 학습만족도 관계 분석 : The Analysis of Physical Self-Description and Study Satisfaction for Dance Major University Students

본 연구의 목적은 자기신체에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 무용을 전공하는 대학생들의 개인의 특성변인에 따른 신체적 자기개념의 차이와 학습만족도와의 상호관계를 파악하여, 무용전공 대학생들과 지도자에게 효과적 학업태도와 지도방법에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하는데 있다. 연구참여자는 서울지역 4년제 대학교에 재학중인 무용전공 대학생들 384명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 질문지에 대한 신뢰도 타당도 검증과 연구참여자의 성별, 학년, 무용 경력, 무용전공, 성형여부에 따른 신체적 자기개념의 차이를 검증하였고, 신체적 자기개념과 학습만족도와의 상관관계분석 하였다. 연구결과 연구참여자 배경변인에 따른 신체적 자기개념의 차이를 검증에서 참여자의 무용경력, 성형여부 에서는 차이가 나타나지 않았으나. 성별, 학년, 무용전공 등에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타났다. 신체적 자기개념과 무용 학습만족도와의 상관검증결과 신체적 자기개념 요인들과 학습만족도와의 정적 즉 긍정적 상관관계성을 보았다. 특히, 무용유능감과 무용력 외모 등은 높은 상관관계성을 나타냈으며, 그 외 체지방과 자기존중감도 상관관계성을 보였다. 반면 건강에 대한 요인은 낮은 상관관계를 동작기술과 체지방과는 부적 부정적 상관관계를 나타냈다.

The purpose of this study was to reveal the correlation between the physical self-description and dance study satisfaction according to individual characteristics of students with dance major. The results gave fundamental materials on effective study attitude and teaching method to dance instructors and dance major university students. 384 dance major university students participated in this research at Seoul city. Based on the research, validity and appropriateness of the questionnaire were verified and physical self-description was analyzed according to subjects, gender, education, grade, dance experience, major and whether or not he/she had a plastic surgery. As a result, different physical self-descriptions were confirmed for gender, grade, major, whereas no discrepancy was found for dance experience and plastic surgery. This study identified the positive correlation between physical self-description and study satisfaction. Especially, dancing competency, outward appearance were proved to have a close correlation. Body fat ratio and self-respect also showed a positive correlation. On the other hand, health factor has a remote correlation and motion technic and body fat ratio showed a negative correlation.
