초록/요약
Exosomes are extracellular vesicles used for cell-to-cell communication. For this reason, many studies are being conducted as a means of drug delivery. In particular, immunotherapy is a new emerging technology in cancer treatment, and by producing or enhancing antibodies and immune systems, it seems to be a means to solve various diseases known to be incurable until now. In this study, tumor-derived reassembled exosomes were loaded with chlorin e6 and used as an immune stimulator as well as a drug delivery system. These reassembled exosomes can target tumor cells like before transformation, and are loaded with chlorin e6, so they can be visualized by photoacoustic imaging. In addition, it has shown the potential as an effective therapeutic agent by generating free radicals under laser irradiation and increasing the release of cytokines from immune cells. In conclusion, reassembled exosomes derived from tumors loaded with chlorin e6 present a novel method for complex immunotherapy treatment.
