초록/요약
Solid phase extraction (SPE) is a powerful extraction tool for preparation some samples. SPE separates sample using two phases :a liquid solvent and a solid sorbent. In a typical SPE experiment, the sample preparation is processed onto the solid phase cartrides. SPE is widely used in diverse fields ranging from pharmacokinetics and forensics to environmental and biological trace analysis, and food analysis. In this experiment we combinate microfluidics-based “lab on a chip” technologies and SPE using the magnetic beads separation technic. Here we report a new digital microfluidic (DMF) method for SPE, using magnetic beads functionalized with Diol for nomal phase fractionation. We propose successful challenge that prepare 5 chemical warfare nerve gas agent simulant, such as Dimethyl methylphosphonate (DMMP), Di(propylene glycol) methyl ether (DPGME), Methyl salicylate (MeSA), Triethyl phosphate (TEP), Diethyl phthalate. Another application for DMF is a micro-scale bioreactor. Micro-scale bioreactor is miniaturized bioreactor and capable of culturing microorganisms in distinct droplets and measuring CFU(cell forming units). The devide format include cell culturing area, detecting area with automated mixing and temperature control. We report bacteria such as bacillus subtilis, bacillus lincheniformis, bacillus thuringiensis culturing and measuring CFU using self-producing device.
