초록/요약
The purpose of this study was to provide the customer with essential data to promote them to join the public sport faciliti es by conducting a survey on the satisfaction on the facilities according to the characteristics of sociology of population and users type and the depending on their program/instructor/facil ities, and then finally analyze the results. thus, providing basic data for contributing to the activation of public sport facilities’ life sport programs. Towards that end, this study sampled and surveyed 400 participants in Jamsil Stadium life sport programs, operated by Seoul in 2011, using a questionnaire survey method. 374 effective copies of questionnaire were collected and given statistical treatment. The collected data were given statistical treatment using the SPSSWIN 12.0 program. A frequency analysis of each question w as condu cted according to program, leader and facility factors with regard to socio-demograph characteristics and use type characteristics. At-test and one-way ANOVA were conducted to analyze users’ program , leader, and facility factor satisfaction according to their socio-demographic char acteristics and use types. There search conclusion is outlined as follows. First, user satisfaction according to socio-demographic charac -teristics differed according to gender, age, occupation, education level, and monthly income. Second, user satisfaction according to use type characteristics differed according to frequency of participation, participation time and participation duration. As such, public sport facility user satisfaction differed in all of program, leader and facility factors according to socio-demographic characteristics and use type characteristics. These factors greatly influenced public sport user satisfaction. Therefore, as a measure to activate the operation of public sport facilities, diverse programs should be opened through tailored strategies in consideration of users’ socio-demographic characteristics and use types, along with overall operation review and support methods for expanding supplementary facilities.

본 연구는 공공체육시설을 이용하고 있는 회원들을 대상으로 이용자의 개인적 특성 및 이용유형 특성에 따른 지도자 요인, 프로그램요인, 시설요인에 대한 만족도를 조사하여 그 내용을 분섬함으로써 공공체육시설 생활체육프로그램 참여율을 활성화 시키기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 통계처리하였으며, 인구사회학적 특성 및 이용유령 특성에 대한 프로그램, 지도자, 시설요인에 따라 각 문항에 대한 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 인구사회학적 특성과 이용유형에 다른 세 요인에 대한 만족도 차이를 분석하기 위하여 t 검증과 일원변량분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구방법과 연구절차에 대한 분석결과를 기초로 하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 만족도는 성별, 연령, 교육수준, 직업, 소득수준에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이용유형 특성에 따른 만족도는 참여빈도, 참여시간, 참여기간에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 공공체육시설의 활성화를 위한 방안으로 인구사회학적 특성과 이용형태를 고려한 맞춤식 경영전략을 통해 다양한 프로그램 개설과 더불어 전반적인 운영현황 재검토와 기타 부대시설 확충에 대한 지원방법이 논의될 필요가 있다.
