초록/요약
고객의 요구 사항을 추출하고 분석하는 것은 성공적인 소프트웨어 시스템을 개발하기 위한 중요한 작업이다. 그러나 아직까지도 부족한 사용자의 참여, 사용자의 무분별한 요구사항의 확장, 요구사항의 잦은 변경, 불분명한 요구사항 등과 같은 문제점들로 인하여 프로젝트의 기간 초과, 과다 비용 지출등의 문제가 발생한다. 이로 인해 소프트웨어 품질을 보장할 수 없고 더 나아가서는 프로젝트의 실패를 초래하게 된다. 이러한 중요한 문제를 가지고 있는 요구 사항 추출 및 분석에 대한 수주자와 발주자의 인식은 기존 프로젝트를 진행했던 체계화 되지 않은 습관에 의해 개선 되지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 특정 도메인에서 유사 프로젝트에 대한 기존 요구사항을 분석하고 해당 도메인의 요구사항 데이터 분류 모델 생성 및 제안하여 실제 특정 도메인 시스템을 구성하고 있는 모델에 요구사항 데이터 분류 모델을 매핑하여 Repository를 구축하였다. 따라서 Repository로 자산화 된 요구사항은 요구사항의 재사용 및 가시화 도구를 활용한 효율적인 의사소통에 사용 될수 있도록 하였다. 검증방법으로는 실제 C사의 점포 시스템 구축 프로젝트에 적용하여 수주자 및 발주자가 요구사항의 추출 및 분석 단계에서 적용하였다. 재사용을 위한 요구사항 데이터 분류 방법의 제안이 프로젝트 초기 의사소통 및 재사용 측면에 대한 효율성 향상에 대해 결과를 설문을 통하여 검증하였다.

To extract and analyze customer requirement is important task for successful software system development. but insufficient user involvement, reckless expansion of requirements by user, frequent requirements changes, problem that causes over the project period such as unclear requirements, and problem that caused such excessive spending. By this reason software quality can’t be guaranteed, and furthermore that causes project failure. understanding of contractor and employer about requirement extraction and analysis which has such important issue is not improved, because that performs previous project with unstructured habits. In this thesis for similar project in the specific domain the analyze previous requirements and then create and propose requirement data classify model in certain domain, and build the repository mapped with specific domain system and requirement data classify model. Therefore capitalized requirement by repository were to be used to communicate using with requirement reuse and visualization tools. for the verification, The actual company C’s store system build applied to the project and make contractor and employer apply requirement extraction and analysis phase. Suggestion of requirement data classify method for reuse was verified through questionnaires with result which project initial communication and of improving the efficiency of reuse aspect.
