초록/요약
An efficient synthesis of 1,2,5- and 1,2,3,5-substituted pyrroles has been achieved from the sequential reactions including a ring-opening of 1-(aziridin-2-yl)propargylic alcohols by various nucleophiles under mild condition and intramolecular cyclization using Ag(I) catalyst.

다양한 친핵체를 가지고 aziridine을 출발물질로 하여 만든 1-(aziridin-2-yl)propargylic alcohols의 고리 열림 반응을 한 후, Ag 촉매를 이용한 분자 내 고리 형성 반응으로 효율적으로 1,2,5번 또는 1,2,3,5번 위치에 여러 치환기가 치환된 pyrrole을 합성하였다.
