초록/요약
직업재활시설의 유형개편, 장애인생산품 인증제도입 등의 개선방안들은 장애인의 고용창출과 함께 직업재활시설의 수익증대를 추구하는 것으로 직업재활시설의 재정자원에 대한 비중확대를 강조하는 것이다. 즉 직업재활시설의 성장과 발전에 있어 매출성과는 매우 중요한 요소로 작용하게 되었다. 본 연구는 서울ㆍ경기지역의 직업재활시설 중 수익창출을 위해 장애인생산품을 생산ㆍ판매하고 있는 근로사업장, 보호작업장을 중심으로 직업재활시설의 매출성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히고, 이를 바탕으로 직업재활시설의 사업수익금 향상을 위한 방향설정 및 전략을 제시하고 나아가 장애인생산품 판매활성화를 통한 시장경제 및 동종업계에서의 경쟁력 강화와 조직운영의 역량강화 등 직업재활시설의 긍정적인 성장을 모색하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 서울ㆍ경기지역 근로사업장 18개소, 보호작업장 80개소, 총 98개소의 직업재활시설을 대상으로 2009년 9월부터 11월까지 직접방문, 우편발송 등을 통한 오프라인 설문과 이메일, 팩스 등을 통한 온라인 설문조사를 동시에 실시하였으며, 회수된 83부의 설문 중 불성실하게 응답한 9부의 설문지를 제외한 총 74부를 분석에 이용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0을 활용하여 직업재활시설장 및 직업재활시설의 인구사회학적 특성에 대하여는 빈도분석을 실시하였으며 독립변수인 리더십수준과 추진력수준, 종속변수인 매출성과수준은 신뢰도 분석을 한 후, 매출성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업재활시설장이 경영학 전공인가 아닌가에 따라 매출성과수준에 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 직업재활시설장의 리더십수준과 매출성과수준은 정(+)적 상관관계를 나타내며, 이는 리더십수준이 높으면 높을수록 매출성과수준이 높은 것을 의미한다. 셋째, 직업재활시설장의 추진력수준과 매출성과수준은 정적(+)적 상관관계를 나타내며, 이는 추진력수준이 높으면 높을수록 매출성과수준이 높은 것을 의미한다. 넷째 홍보전략 중 홈페이지를 이용한 생산품홍보와 공공기관을 통한 홍보수준은 매출성과수준에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, BI가 없는 직업재활시설에 비해 BI가 있는 직업재활시설의 매출성과수준이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구에서 고려한 각 변수들을 종합적으로 살펴보면, 직업재활시설장 요인 중 경영학전공 여부, 리더십수준, 추진력수준에 따라 매출성과수준에 유의미한 영향을 미치며, 직업재활시설의 홍보전략요인 중에서는 홈페이지 활용정도, 공공기관 홍보정도 및 BI유무가 매출성과에 영향을 미치는 변수임을 알 수 있다. 이러한 연구결과는 장애인직업재활시설의 긍정적인 성장과 발전을 유도하며, 경쟁고용이 어려운 중증장애인들에게 안정적인 일자리를 제공하고 최저임금 이상의 소득보장을 통한 경제적ㆍ사회적 자립을 도모한다는 데 그 의의가 있다.

The improvement scheme of the vocational rehabilitation facilities, such as property reform and implementation of certificate for products produced by disabled people, increases employment of the disabled and profit the institutions, enlarging relative importance of finance within the institution. In other words, sales result is considered to be important in the development and further growth of the vocational rehabilitation facilities. This research targets the vocational rehabilitation facilities in Seoul and Kyung-Gi areas, especially sheltered workshops that are producing products made by disabled people. The research clarifies impact the vocational rehabilitation facilities have on sales result, suggests strategies and directions to increase business profit, strengthens competitiveness in market economy and in the same industry through active sale of products made by disabled people, intensifies capability of organization’s management, and seeks for positive growth of the vocational rehabilitation facilities. I targeted 98 vocational rehabilitation facilities in Seoul and Kyung-Gi areas and carried out offline questionnaires via door-to-door visit and mails, and online questionnaires via e-mail and fax. Among 83 returned questionnaires, I excluded 9 insincere answers and analyzed remaining 74 questionnaires. I carried out frequency analysis through SPSS 12.0 for the heads of the vocational rehabilitation facilities and demography-sociological characteristics of the vocational rehabilitation facilities, reliability analysis for independent variables, leadership and propulsive force, and dependent variable, sales result, and lastly correlation analysis and session analysis for the factors that affect sales. The result of the analysis follows below. First, there was difference in sales result according to the fact whether the head of the vocational rehabilitation facility is business major or not. Second, leadership of the head of the vocational rehabilitation facility and sales are directly correlated, meaning effective leadership results high sales. Third, propulsive force of the head of the vocational rehabilitation facility and sales are directly related, meaning stronger propulsive force results high sales. Forth, among the publicity strategies, product promotion though web pages and public institutions had impact on sales result. Fifth, professional rehabilitation institution with BI resulted higher sales than those without BI. As shown from each variable considered in this research, business major, leadership, and propulsive force of the head of the vocational rehabilitation facility affect sales. Also, regarding promotional factors, utilization of web pages, promotion by public institutions, and BI are shown to affect sales. This research result leads to positive development and growth of the vocational rehabilitation facilities for disabled people, and supplies stable workplace for severely-disabled people who have difficulty finding jobs. It is significant since they assist disabled people to have economic and social independence by ensuring more than minimum wage.
