비숙련된 성인 여성의 7~10RM, 11~15RM 최대하 근력 측정으로부터 1RM 근력 추정

Regression analysis for prediction of one repetition maximal strength from 7-10, 11-15 repetition submaximal strength test in untrained females

초록/요약

본 연구의 목적은 성인여성의 7-10RM, 11-15RM의 최대하 반복무게를 이용하여 1RM 간접추정식을 산출하는데 있다. 본 연구의 피검자는 S시 Y구 Y체육센터 근력운동프로그램에 참가를 희망하는 30-40대 성인여성 104명으로 하였다. 벤치프레스, 데드리프트, 스쿼트, 체스트프레스, 랫풀다운, 레그익스텐션, 레그컬의 7가지 측정종목으로 1RM, 7-10RM, 11-15RM을 측정하여 단순회귀식을 산출하였다. 연구결과, 1RM 벤치프레스(kg)=10.130+1.024× (7-10RM)(R2=89.5%);=14.106+1.047× (11-15RM)(R2=91.3%), 1RM 데드리프트(kg)=10.215+1.185× (7-10RM)(R2=88.7%);=15.285+1.209× (11-15RM)(R2=86.7%), 1RM 스쿼트(kg)=13.189+1.110× (7-10RM)(R2=86.3%);=17.772+1.142× (11-15RM)(R2=84.2%), 1RM 체스트프레스(kg)=27.097+1.019× (7-10RM)(R2=73.6%);=37.288+1.019× (11-15RM)(R2=73.6%), 1RM 렛풀다운(kg)=8.606+1.262× (7-10RM)(R2=91.5%);=15.111+1.255× (11-15RM)(R2=91.7%), 1RM 레그익스텐션(kg)=16.655+1.082× (7-10RM)(R2=88.5%);=18.800+1.212× (11-15RM)(R2=87.1%), 1RM 레그컬(kg)=19.467+1.305× (7-10RM)(R2=92.0%);=25.860+1.323× (11-15RM)(R2=89.1%)으로 산출되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 산출된 회귀식은 성인여성의 7-10RM, 11-15RM으로부터 1RM을 예측해 내는 회귀식으로 권장되어 사용될 수 있다. 중심단어: 1RM, 근력운동

This study aims to calculate the regression equation for prediction of one repetition maximal(1RM) strength from 7-10RM and 11-15RM strength test in untrained females. One hundred and four females in their 30's and 40's who wanted to join the strength training program at Y gu sports center in S city participated in this study. Each participant respectively performed 1RM, 7-10RM and 11-15RM in bench press, dead lift, squat, chest press, lat pulldown, leg extension and leg curl. And then simple regression analysis was used for prediction of 1RM strength. As a result, 1RM of each item was calculated as following: bench press(kg)=10.130+1.024×(7-10RM)(R2=89.5%);= 14.106+1.047×(11-15RM)(R2=91.3%), dead lift(kg)=10.215+1.185×(7-10RM)(R2=88.7%);= 15.285+1.209×(11-15RM)(R2=86.7%), squat(kg)=13.189+1.110×(7-10RM)(R2=86.3%);= 17.772+1.142×(11-15RM)(R2=84.2%), chest press(kg)=27.097+1.019×(7-10RM)(R2=73.6%);= 37.288+1.019×(11-15RM)(R2=73.6%), lat pull down(kg)=8.606+1.262×(7-10RM)(R2=91.5%);= 15.111+1.255×(11-15RM)(R2=91.7%), leg extension(kg)=16.655+1.082×(7-10RM)(R2=88.5%);= 18.800+1.212×(11-15RM)(R2=87.1%), leg curl(kg)=19.467+1.305×(7-10RM)(R2=92.0%);= 25.860+1.323×(11-15RM)(R2=89.1%). The regression equation calculated through this study would be suggested for prediction of 1RM strength through 7-10RM and 11-15RM test in the females.
