본 연구에서는 청소년의 문화성향과 분노수준, 분노표현 및 자아탄력성의 관계를 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 서울과 일산, 양주 소재 고등학교 2학년 839명에게 설문조사를 실시하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 문화성향에 따른 분노수준의 차이를 검증한 결과, 개인중심성향자가 집단중심성향자보다 분노수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 문화성향에 따른 분노표현방식의 차이를 검증한 결과, 개인중심성향자는 분노표출과 분노유지 수준이, 집단중심성향자는 분노통제 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 문화성향에 따른 자아탄력성의 차이를 검증한 결과, 집단중심성향자가 개인중심성향자보다 자아탄력성이 높은 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 문화성향에 따른 분노통제표현의 차이에 자아탄력성 수준이 매개 역할을 하는지 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 자아탄력성이 개인중심성향자의 분노통제에 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

This study examines the relation among adolescent''s cultural tendency and anger level, anger expression and ego resiliency.
The survey was conducted to 839 second graders in high school of Seoul, Ilsan and Yangju.
The results of this study were as follows;
1. The result of verifying difference in anger level according to cultural tendency showed that idioicentrics had higher rates in anger levels than allocentrics.
2. The result of verifying difference in anger expression according to cultural tendency showed that allocentrics had higher rates in anger-control levels than idioicentrics, and idioicentrics had higher rates in anger-out, anger-in levels than allocentrics.
3. The result of verifying difference in ego-resiliency according to cultural tendency showed that allocentrics had higher rates in ego-resiliency levels than idioicentrics.
4. The result of verifying whether ego-resiliency levels can act as a intermediary in the anger-control differences according to cultural tendency showed that ego-resiliency levels act as an intermediary between anger-control and idioicentrics'' cultural tendency.
