본 연구에서는 내외통제성, 인지정서조절 전략과 주관적 안녕감의 관계에 대해서 알아보았다.
연구대상은 경기, 서울, 기타 지역에 소재하고 있는 공립유치원 교사 256명이며 설문조사를 실시하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 내적통제가 높은 사람은 낮은 사람보다 주관적 안녕감이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 주관적 안녕감 하위 요인별로 살펴보았을 때는 정적 정서에서만 유의미한 차이를 보였다.
둘째, 적응적 전략을 많이 사용할수록, 부적응적 전략을 덜 사용할수록 주관적 안녕감이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 주관적 안녕감의 하위 요인별로 살펴보았을 때, 적응적 전략을 많이 사용할 경우에는 삶의 만족도, 정적 정서, 부적 정서 모두에서 차이를 보였으나 부적응 전략을 덜 사용할 경우에는 삶의 만족도와 부적 정서에서만 차이를 보였다.
셋째, 내적통제가 높은 사람은 낮은 사람보다 적응적 전략을 더 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 내외통제성과 인지정서조절 전략이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과 인지정서조절 전략이 내적통제성보다 주관적 안녕감을 더 잘 예측하는 변인이었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation internal-external locus of control, cognitive emotion regulation strategies and subjective well-being.
For the study, total 256 public kindergarten teachers in Seoul, Kyounggi & other areas participated in this survey.
The results of this study were as follows;
First, subjects who have high internal locus of control were higher on subjective well-being than subjects who have low internal locus of control. However when examining as subordinate factor of subjective well-being, only positive affect showed significant differences.
Second, in case of using more adaptive strategies or using less maladaptive strategies, subjective well-being were higher. However when examining as subordinate factor of subjective well-being, in case of using more adaptive strategies, life satisfaction, positive affect & negative affect were all different but in case of using less maladaptive, life satisfaction & negative affect were different.
Third, subjects who have high internal locus of control used more adaptive strategies.
Fourth, the result of examining the effect of internal locus of control and cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies on Subjective Well-Being showed that Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies rather than internal-external locus of control are the variable that can better predict subjective well-being.
