초록/요약
점차 증대되는 경쟁환경 속에서 기업들은 핵심역량에 집중하여 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해 정보화 아웃소싱을 선택하는 현상이 증대되고 있다. 정보화 아웃소싱을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 자사의 업무를 정확히 파악하고 아웃소싱을 체계적으로 수행해야 하지만 이에 대한 경험 부족과 지침이 될 방법론이 부족하고 또한 추진하고 있는 자사 아웃소싱의 성숙도 수준 파악이 어려운 것이 현실이다. 이러한 도입 과정에서의 어려움 뿐 아니라 아웃소싱을 도입한 이후에 더 중요한 관리 문제에서 기업은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 아웃소싱의 관리 부분에서는 지속적인 공급사와의 관계, 서비스 관리 등을 하는 SLA가 점차 관심의 대상이 되고 있지만 이에 대한 수행 지침과 관리 방안에 대한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 이처럼 아웃소싱의 도입 초기부터 관리까지 기업이 아웃소싱을 수행 할 때 지침이 될 수 있는 방법론이 존재 한다면 기업은 자사에 맞는 효과적인 아웃소싱을 수행 할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 정보화 아웃소싱을 추진 시 지침이 될 수 있는 아웃소싱의 수행 방법론과 아웃소싱에서 중요한 서비스 수준 관리 방법론 그리고 자시의 아웃소싱에 대한 성숙도가 어느 정도인지 진단 할 수 있는 진단 지표를 제시하여 아웃소싱의 수행에서 관리까지 지침이 될 수 있는 프레임웍을 제시하였다.

Recently, many companies have chosen IT outsourcing to strengthen competitiveness through concentration of core-competency more and more. The Company is need to understand their work exactly and execute outsourcing systematically for successful IT outsourcing. However, it is actual to lack of experience and standardizing methodologies about outsourcing. And management is more difficult and important than adoption of outsourcing. In this management problems, SLA which help consistent relationship management with partner, service management and etc has been interest more and more. However it is need to research about standardizing execute and managing methodology in SLA According to this research requirements, this study researches IT outsourcing framework which consists of execute methodologies of outsourcing and SLA and diagnosis indexes to check IT outsourcing level.
