초록 (요약문)
본 연구의 목적은 초기성인의 자아분화 수준이 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 정서지능과 대인관계 유능성의 매개효과를 확인하는 것이다. 연구를 위해 한국에 거주하는 1990년-2005년생 초기 성인 남녀 372명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였고, SPSS 30.0을 사용하여 자아분화 수준이 정서지능과 대인관계 유능성을 매개로 하여 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 경로를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 출생년도, 현재의 주관적 경제수준 등 인구학적 특성에 따라 초기 성인의 자아분화, 정서지능, 대인관계 유능성 및 주관적 안녕감 간에 유의미한 차이가 발견되었다. 둘째, 초기 성인의 자아분화 수준, 정서지능, 대인관계 유능성, 주관적 안녕감은 서로 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 셋째, 초기 성인의 자아분화와 주관적 안녕감의 관계에서 정서지능의 단일 매개효과는 없다고 나타났고, 넷째, 초기 성인의 자아분화 수준과 주관적 안녕감 사이의 관계에서 대인관계 유능성의 단일 매개효과는 확인되었다. 마지막으로, 초기 성인의 자아분화 수준과 주관적 안녕감 간의 관계에서 정서지능이 대인관계 유능성을 매개로 주관적 안녕감에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 순차 매개효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 자아분화와 주관적 안녕감 간의 관계에서 정서지능이 매개 역할을 하지 않음을 확인하였고, 자아분화와 주관적 안녕감 사이에서 정서지능과 대인관계 유능성의 순차매개 효과를 발견한 점에서 연구의 의의를 갖는다. 이 연구는 초기성인의 정서지능과 대인관계 유능성이 주관적 안녕감에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 것을 입증하며, 특히 대인관계 유능성이 초기 성인의 주관적 안녕감을 증진 시키는 중요한 요인임을 시사한다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 제한점과 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 논의 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the level of self-differentiation and subjective well-being in early adults, mediated by emotional intelligence and interpersonal competence. A total of 372 participants in early adults born from 1990 to 2005, living in South Korea were surveyed, and the collected data was analyzed by the SPSS 30.0 program, to find out the path of the level of self-differentiation on subjective well-being through the mediation of emotional intelligence and interpersonal competence. The findings of this study were as follows. First, significant differences were found between the level of self-differentiation, emotional intelligence, interpersonal competence, and subjective well-being in early adults by demographic characteristics such as year of birth and current subjective economic level. Second, the study variables of the level of self-differentiation, emotional intelligence, interpersonal competence, and subjective well-being in early adults were significantly positively correlated with each other. Third, there was no single mediating effect of emotional intelligence on the relationship between the relationship between the level of self-differentiation and subjective well-being in early adults, whereas, fourth, it was confirmed that the relationship was significantly mediated by the subjective well-being. Finally, it was confirmed that there was a sequential mediated effect of emotional intelligence and subjective well-being on the relationship between the level of self-differentiation and subjective well-being in early adults, with emotional intelligence having an indirect effect on subjective well-being through interpersonal competence. The significance of this study is that it confirmed the sequential mediating effect of emotional intelligence and interpersonal competence in the relationship between the level of self-differentiation and subjective well-being in early adults. Specifically, because it was found that emotional intelligence did not directly mediate the relationship, it was emphasized that interpersonal competence is an important factor for increasing subjective well-being in early adults. Limitations of this study and suggestions for further research were discussed in the end.
