초록 (요약문)
This thesis delves into the current state of Korean society, spotlighted by the lawsuits filed by Yonsei University students against janitors’ protests in 2022. It argues that South Korea undergoes ‘courtization’ as factual human relationships are replaced and reduced to legal relationships within the culmination of the judicialization of politics. To support the thesis, this paper examines the vulnerability of janitors accumulated through the development process in South Korea. It looks into the trade unions formed by janitors in universities with the help of students and explores various aspects of the conflicts that arose. Additionally, the paper discusses the conscientious judgment of students who filed lawsuits against the janitors. Furthermore, the paper delves into human relations in capitalist societies and free markets, as followed by Pashukanis.
