초록 (요약문)
완전한 하느님 사랑을 살아가는 수도자들은 교회와 세상 안에서 하느님을 인격적으로 만나고 주님의 현존을 증거하며 수도생활의 여정을 걸어간다. 그러나 세상이 변하는 속도가 점점 빨라지면서 여러 요인들이 수도자들에게 커다란 도전을 주며 수도생활에 대한 인식과 이해가 약화되었다. 이에 따라 수도자들은 자신의 정체성을 더욱 확고히 하며 흔들리지 않는 축성의 삶을 살아가도록 초대받는다. 본 논문은 제2차 바티칸 공의회의 쇄신의 원칙에 따라 수도자들이 예수 그리스도의 삶을 따르고 예언자적 증거의 삶을 살면서 예수 그리스도와 동화되는 존재가 되기 위해서 자기 양성과 계속 양성의 중요성을 강조한다. 수도자들은 수련기에서부터 통합적이고 전인적인 양성을 통해 자신이 누구이고 수도생활이 무엇인지를 끊임없이 물음으로써 수도자의 정체성을 명확하게 인식해야 한다. 수도자들이 자기 양성 계획을 통해 각자의 부르심에 책임있고 주체적으로 응답하며 계속적인 양성을 지속할 때 ‘온전히 그리고 기쁘게’ 봉헌되어 교회와 세상에 ‘그리스도의 인자하신 얼굴’을 보여주게 될 것이다.

Living in the perfect love of God, religious walk the journey of the religious life, encountering God personally, and witnessing his presence in the Church and the world. However, as the world changes at an ever-increasing pace, many factors pose great challenges to religion, weakening their awareness and understanding of religious life. In the face of these challenges, religious people are called upon to further solidify their identity and live an unwavering consecrated life. This paper emphasizes the importance of religious own formation and religious ongoing formation for religious to conform themselves to Jesus Christ by following the footsteps of Jesus and by living as prophetic witnesses, in accordance with the principle of renewal set forth by the Second Vatican Council. Beginning in the novitiate, through an integral and holistic formation, religious are to have a clear sense of their religious identity by constantly asking who they are and what religious life is all about. As they continue their ongoing formation, responding responsibly and actively to their call through a plan of religious own formation, they will be consecrated “fully and joyfully” revealing the “merciful face of Christ” to the Church and the world.
