Knowledge sharing is regarded as the fundamental value of organizations in providing sustainable competitive. Furthermore, because knowledge as a private good that is created and shared only by individuals, so that the importance of studying employees’ knowledge sharing is crucial. Little studies related to the association of knowledge sharing visibility and knowledge sharing. Therefore, to understanding the association, two important factors in social exchange theory, organizational fairness, and reciprocal relationship are chosen as mediators in the structural theory model. Structurer equation modeling (SEM) technique was implemented to evaluate the proposed research model. 375 members (161 from Korea, 214 from China) answered the questionnaires, and the results showed that 1) reciprocal relationship mediates the relationship of knowledge sharing visibility and knowledge sharing, in verse, organizational fairness is not. 2) reciprocal relationship is significantly related to organizational fairness
