Synthesis and Catalytic Activities of Transition Metal Complexes Based on α-Diimine, Bis(amidine), and Bis(salen) Ligands

초록/요약

본 연구에서는 금속촉매 리간드가 전자를 끌어당겨 루이스 산성을 증가시키는 반응을 연구하였다. 넌이노센트현상을 띄는 새로운 형태의 리간드를 디자인하여 중심 금속의 루이스 산성도를 증가시킨 새로운 광학활성 루이스 산 촉매를 합성하였다. 또한 촉매 비대칭 반응에 응용하고, bimolecular deactivation이나 작용기에 내성이 있는 신규 폴리올레핀 촉매를 개발하여 적용하였다.

초록/요약

In this study, several transition metal catalysts were designed and synthesized based on non-innocent ligands to promote the Lewis acidity of the central metal. The resulting catalysts with enhanced Lewis acidity were expected to exhibit better catalytic activities in various reactions such as bimolecular deactivation and olefin polymerization. Some asymmetric reactions were also investigated using the catalysts prepared with chiral non-innocent ligands.
