전국민 건강의료보험제도의 실시와 인구 고령화 현상에 따라 의료기관을 찾는 환자들이 지속적으로 증가하고 있으며, 특히 전반적으로 의료서비스의 수준이 높은 종합병원의 선호 현상은 점점 더 가속화 되고 있다. 이로 인해 종합병원의 진료대기시간 증가가 심각한 문제로 대두되고 있으며 이를 개선하기 위한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 기존 연구들은 고객에 대한 정보제공 범위 확대와 정보수준 향상에만 초점을 맞추어 왔으며, 환자의 진료와 검사를 담당하는 서비스 제공자 간의 진료정보 공유 효율화에 대한 연구는 대단히 부족한 상황이다. 이는 고객과 서비스 제공자 간의 정보의 불균형을 초래하여 상호간에 의사소통을 어렵게 하고 진료‧검사의 대기시간 증가와 잘못된 검사로 인해 고객의 불만을 초래하는 원인이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제의 개선을 위하여 서비스 제공자 간 진료정보 공유 효율화를 지원하는 내부자용 진료정보공유시스템의 설계 및 구현을 제안하였다. 제안하는 방안에 대한 성능평가를 위하여 운영환경에 4개월간 시범 적용한 결과 분석을 토대로 실험을 위한 시나리오를 구성하였고, 기존 통합의료정보시스템과 제안 시스템을 비교하는 실험을 진행하였다. 실험 결과 정보획득 소요시간이 평균 14.4초 단축되었고 결과를 얻기 위한 마우스 클릭수는 평균 2.7회가 감소되었다.

Because of health care insurance system for whole nation and population aging, the number of hospital patients, especially in general hospitals with high quality services overall, has been increasing continuously. Waiting time increase for medical treatment in general hospital came to the fore and there are many researches to improve such problem. But most of existing researches focused only on expanding the scope of information offering for patients and improving levels of information and not many researches focused on the medical information sharing efficiency between service providers those who are in charge of treatment and examination. It could cause information unbalance between patient and service provider and lead to miscommunication. And also increased waiting time and wrong examination could provoke patient's complain. In this research, design and implement of medical information sharing system for internal user supporting medical information sharing efficiency between service providers was proposed to improve such problem. For the performance evaluation, scenario for experiment based on result analysis from example application in operating environment for 4 months was composed and comparative experiment on existing integrated medical information system and proposed system was conducted. The results of the experiment showed shorten information acquisition time averagely 14.4 seconds and number of mouse click was reduced averagely 2.7 times in order to obtain the result.
