초록/요약
현대 자본주의 물결에 따른 교회의 양적 성장에 편승해 온 한국 가톨릭 여성 활동수도자들은 여러 가지 위기와 도전에 직면해 있다. 이는 수도생활의 쇄신을 위한 시대적 징표로서, 각 개인과 수도공동체는 이를 올바르게 식별하고 시대의 요구에 새롭게 적응할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 설립은사로 주어진 수도회카리스마의 재정립과 더불어 이를 회원 개개인 안에 육화시킬 수 있는 양성이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 오늘날 한국 가톨릭여성수도회가 직면한 도전과 이슈에 따른 공의회에서 제시하는 쇄신의 원리에 따른 효과적인 양성방안을 성가소비녀회를 중심으로 제안해 보고자 한다. 한국여성수도회는 정체성 혼란, 기도생활의 위기, 삼대서원의 가치 상실과 개인주의 등의 도전에 직면해 있다. 이에 따라 각 개인과 수도공동체는 카리스마 확립과, 삼대서원의 본질적 가치의 회복, 사명실현을 위한 공동체로의 변화를 필요로 한다. 이러한 이슈에 대하여 공의회는 수도자 개개인이 그리스도인 삶의 원천과 초창기 영감으로 되돌아 갈 것과, 변화하는 시대 상황에 적응할 것을 제안하였다. 이는 곧 ‘그리스도를 따름’이라는 본질적인 정체성 회복과 예언자적 카리스마의 재창조를 의미하는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 회원 개개인 안에 그리스도를 중심에 두고 복음 말씀을 통해 얻어진 신앙의 눈으로 일상의 삶 안에서 하느님의 현존을 깨어 바라볼 수 있는 마음의 양성과 함께 각 설립은사에 따른 카리스마를 육화 할 수 있어야 한다. 그리고 이는 ‘바라봄-판단-행동’의 방식에 의한 연속적이고 역동적인 식별의 과정을 전제로 할 때 가능한 것이다. 따라서 성가소비녀회는 이러한 쇄신의 원리를 바탕으로 하여 강생의 영성과 사명을 육화할 수 있는 고유한 양성지침을 마련해야 할 것이다. 특히 소비녀 정체성을 회복하기 위한 뚜렷한 관점의 방향과 목표를 분명히 하고 이를 토대로 식별에 대한 지속적인 훈련을 통해 시대의 요구에 적합한 예언자적 사명으로 새롭게 응답해야 할 것이다. 그럴 때라야 수도생활의 쇄신 또한 이룰 수 있는 것이며 더 나아가 교회와 세상 안에 그리스도의 인자하신 얼굴을 드러나게 할 것이다.

The Women’s active religious orders in Korean Catholic Church, which have grown quantitatively following the developments of capitalist economy, are facing various crises and challenges. This situation may serve as the signs of the times for the renewal of religious life and it urges individual religious and their communities to discern and respond to the demands of the times. For this, the reestablishment of the founding charisms of the religious orders and the formation plan to integrate those charisms to individuals are needed. In this dissertation, reflecting on the challenges against women’s religious orders in Korean Catholic Church, I will try to present an effective formation plan based on the principles of renewal proposed by the Second Vatican Council, especially focusing on the case of Litter Servants of the Holy Family. The Catholic religious women in Korea are facing many challenges, such as confusion in identity, crisis in prayer life, loss of values of the three vows and individualism. For each individual religious and the religious communities, there exists a need for the reestablishment of charisms, restoration of the intrinsic value of the three vows, conversion to a mission-focused community. Having faced similar issues, the Council proposed that individual religious should go back to the sources of the Christians’ life and the founding inspirations of their religious orders as well as adapt to the changing world. This means the restoration of the religious identity, which is ‘following Christ’, and the recreation of prophetic charisms. For this, each religious needs to form her minds to be able to see the presence of God in daily life by putting Christ in the centre and meditating on the Gospel messages. She also needs to internalize her order’s charisms in herself. This is possible when a continual and dynamic process of discernment by a method of ‘seeing-judgement-action’ is applied. Therefore, following the principles of renewal of the Council, Little Servants of the Holy Family needs to have a formation guideline, which enables its members to integrate in themselves the spirituality and mission of the incarnation. In particular, it is necessary to set clear perspectives and goals for the reestablishment of the order’s identity and to keep up a continuous formation about discernment in order to respond to the demands of the times with prophetic mission. Only then the renewal of the religious life will be realized and the merciful face of Christ will shine in the Church and the world.
