초록/요약
In this study, we analyzed the existing helical structure harvester mathematically, manufactured and analyzed an energy-harvesting cloth by applying to a stretched clothes. Device is composed of Piezoelectric strap of which electrode are attached to the both surface and flexible core. The length of device is 12 cm and the angle of piezoelectric strap coiled to flexible core is 60 degree. We chose the most suitable harvester after comparing the spring constant of stretched clothes and the spring constant of various helical structure harvester which varied the width of PVDF, the diameter of core. The spring constant of clothes is 0.81N/cm, the most suitable diameter of core of harvester is 3mm, and spring constant is 1.01N/cm. The maximum output voltage measured from unit test using linear actuator is 75.2V and its maximum output power is 1.4mW. When 7cm, tensile range of body is stretched, it has the maximum output voltage of 37.2V and manufactured energy harvesting clothes show the maximum output voltage of 27.89V.
