초록/요약
Oxide materials (such as CaMgSi2O6, ZnO, CaFe2O4/rGO) with different shapes and sizes were successfully synthesized by using simple chemical method. The morphological, optical and electrical properties of synthesized materials have been studied carefully by using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Ultra-violet diffusion reflectance spectroscopy (UV-DRS), Photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL) and electrochemistry techniques etc. The effect of different morphologies on various applications in energy conversion fields (e.g. wavelength conversion and water splitting) have been studied wisely and accurately.
