This study analyzed the comparison of investing cost and economic benefits of Green Partnership Project which supports conversion to environment-friendly manufacturing structure and Local Eco-Innovation Project targeted to small and medium domestic manufacturing enterprises those are applicating clean production technology. Environmental Economic benefit is divisible by private benefit (Monetary benefit) and public benefit (Material benefit). Cost of energy and resource improvement is case of a private benefit. Both project commonly showed excellent performance compared to input. Calculation to measure advantage due to reduction of greenhouse gas, which is considered as public benefits, are developed and applied. In other words, benefits are calculated by converting the decrement energy amount to reduction of greenhouse gases lowered by two businesses then substituted the market price of EU ETS's CER(Certified emission reduction). Tendency of public benefit showed lack of outcome caused by sharp decline of greenhouse gas' value. This study contributed on related areas such as followings. It built a statistics result of projects, developed and applied a new calculation methodology of public benefits which hasn’t been attempted that much before. And also, compared analysis of investing cost and economic benefits of two project, henceforth, suggesting future policy directions.
