1. Wolff-Kishner Reduction of Diaryl Ketones with a Solid Hydrazine 2. Preparation of Biospecific Adsorbents for cFP Receptors

초록/요약

2.Affinity chromatography is a method of separating biochemical mixtures. It is based on a highly specific interaction such as antigen-antibody, enzyme-substrate, or receptor-ligand. MO6 is a kind of vibrio vulnificus and produces cFP. We needed a resin for receptor of cFP, and we prepared cFP resins from epoxy activated sepharose 6B and cFP analogues for affinity chromatography.

1.The Wolff?Kishner reduction is a reaction that fully reduces carbonyl groups to the corresponding alkanes with hydrazine monohydrate and a base. But this reaction takes long time and has to be removed H2O halfway. We improved reaction time and also used minimum amount of reaction solvent in wolff-kishner reduction of various aromatic ketones 1 with solid hydrazine, hydrazinium carboxylate 2, instead of hydrazine monohydrate.
