초록/요약
암 세포에 대하여 세포 독성이 있는 것으로 알려진 Tausalarin C 계통의 화합물들은 sponge Fascaplysinopsis 종(種)에 기생/공생 하는 미생물로부터 추출되었다. 이 중 Tausalarin C의 전합성을 위해 3 조각과 4 조각으로 나누었다. 이 논문에서는 C1~C21 조각에 대한 합성적 연구로 다루어졌다.

The family of tausalarin C, which exhibit cytotoxic activity against cancer cell lines, were isolated from microorganisms, which is symbiotic with sponge Fascaplysinopsis species. In our program for the total synthesis of tausalarin C involving the assembly of fragment 3 and fragment 4. this thesis was covered as the synthetic studies on C1~C21 fragment.
