,본 연구는 인간과 자연의 관계 단절이라는 측면에서 생태위기를 파악하기 위하여 관계의 원천인 성령에 대한 신학적 고찰을 시도함으로 우주만물과 조화로운 관계를 형성하는 생태적 세계관을 형성 할 수 있는 가능성을 밝혔다. 이를 위해 구약과 신약성경에서 언급되는 성령의 의미를 새롭게 해석하고, 특별히 삼위일체 안에서 자신을 아낌없이 ‘타자’에게 증여함으로써 자신을 찾는 역설적인 성령의 ‘페리코레시스’적 특성을 살펴보았다. 한편 십자가 수난, 성체성사를 그리스도의 관점이 아닌 성령의 관점으로 이해를 시도함으로써 성부와 성자의 현존이 성령을 통해 인간 삶에서 구체화됨을 살펴보았다. 또한 성찬례를 통해 우리를 구원하신 예수 그리스도의 죽음과 부활의 의미를 성령의 충만하고 지속적인 현존에서 찾게되며 모든 피조물들 안에서 그들에게 겸손하게 봉사하며 친교를 맺고 그 안에서 하느님의 역사하심을 기억함으로써 모든 끊겨진 관계의 회복이 가능함을 지적하였다.

In order to analyze the ecological crisis in terms of the disconnection between human and nature, this study tries to examine the Holy Spirit, who is the fundamental source of relationship, and in so doing attempts to show the possibility of an ecological world-view that enables harmonious relationship among creatures in the whole cosmos. For this purpose, the author newly interprets the meaning of the Holy Spirit who is mentioned in the Old and the New testament, especially the Holy Spirit's paradoxical characteristic of ‘Perichoresis' in which one is actually gaining oneself while giving oneself in the Trinity freely to others. The author also seeks to understand the mystery of the Passion on the cross and the Sacrament of Eucharist not from the perspective of Christ the Son but from that of the Holy Spirit. In so doing, the author maintains that the presence of the Father and the Son is taking a concrete shape in human lives through the Holy Spirit. And in the fulfilling and lasting Presence of the Holy Spirit, the author seeks the meaning of the Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ who saves us through the Sacrament of Eucharist. Finally the author searches for the possibility of the restoration of broken relationships by serving humbly the creatures of God on earth and establishing friendly relationship with them and by remembering God's labours and engagement in the world.
