초록/요약
재정경제부가 금융 산업의 육성을 통하여 2020년까지 대한민국을 아시아 지역의 3대 금융허브로 발전시키겠다는 계획을 발표하였다. 하지만 금융 허브는 세계 메이저 금융기업들의 국내 진출만으로는 이루어지기 힘들며 해외 중소금융기업 역시 국내에 진출하여 유기적인 체계를 이루어야 가능하다. 해외 중소금융기업들의 국내 진출이 힘든 이유 중의 하나로 까다로운 규제로 인한 비용의 증가를 들 수 있다. 다소 까다롭지만 우리나라의 규제는 리만의 사태에서 보듯이 금융위기를 사전에 막는 역할을 하며 규제의 수준을 낮춘다는 것은 오히려 우리나라의 금융 위기를 불러올 개연성이 높일 수가 있다. 이에 국내 진출의 비용을 높이는 요인 중의 하나인 원격지 재해복구(Disaster Recovery Site)를 구축함에 있어 "금융실명거래 및 비밀보장에 관한 법률"을 준수할 수 있는 암호화 데이터베이스 기술을 제안하고자한다. 본 연구는 데이터베이스 미들웨어의 개념을 사용하여 평문을 암호문으로 바꾸어 원격지에 저장하는 방법을 연구하기위해 관용암호를 중심으로분석, 암호화 방법을 채택하여 "금융실명거래 및 비밀보장에 관한 법률"을준수하는 기술을 만드는 것을 목적으로 하였다.

Ministry of Strategy and Finance has announced the plan that Korea would be developed as one of third finance hub in Asia through promoting finance industry until 2020. However, the finance hub wouldn't be achieved by attracting only the world major finance companies into domestic market but could be formed through the organic structure with the world small and middle sized finance companies. The one of reason why overseas small and middle sized finance companies expansion is difficult is increased cost by strict finance regulation. Even if the domestic regulation is quite strict, it can be a role to prevent the finance crisis such as Lehman crises. It is highly probable that lowering the regulation level would cause the finance risk. Therefore the encrypting database technique is suggested which complies the article of 'Act on the Real Name Financial Transactions and Guarantee of Secrecy' as Disaster recovery site would be built, which is one of reason to increased cost for domestic expansion. This study uses the concept of database middleware and researches for method which changes plaintext into ciphertext and stores in remote locations based on analysis of conventional encryption, and aims to make technology which complies the article of 'Act on the Real Name Financial Transactions and Guarantee of Secrecy' by adopting encrypting method.
