초록/요약
There are two main goals in this research. The first goal of this research is to develop an E. coli strain that is efficient in various sugars up take. And the second goal is to develop an E. coli strain which has an improved production yield of bio-ethanol. Both of these goals were achieved by developing a various ethanolic E. coli strains by gene mutation. Also the mutated ethanolic E. coli strains were 2L batch fermented with glucose and Chlorella pre-treatment sugar as the main carbon source, respectively. As a result, the maximal yield of bio-ethanol in Chlorella pre-treatment sugar batch fermentation was achieved in the 0.6% Chlorella pre-treatment sugar batch fermentation by pSJL25(: a pstv28 vector harboring pdc and adhb genes), and pSJL26(: a ptrc99a harboring galp and glk genes) inserted E. coli by a yield of 1.67g/L.
