피라졸 유도체들은 농업이나 의약품에 유용하게 사용되는 화합물이다. 그 중에서 N-아릴 피라졸 유도체의 모체를 가진 화합물은 특히 진통제, 수면제, 항염증제, 진정제 등의 의약품에 활성을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 아릴 하이드라진을 출발물질로 하여SN2반응, cyclization, desulfurization 의 방법을 통하여 one-pot으로 N-아릴 피라졸 유도체를 합성하였다. 그 중 메틸케톤을 선택하여 여러 유도체를 합성하였다.

Pyrazole derivatives are extremely useful in agriculture and medicine. Especially pyrazole derivatives with N-Aryl substituent have been used as analgesic, soporific, antiphlogistic and sedative drugs. We report herein one-pot preparation of N-aryl pyrazole derivatives starting from aryl hydrazines, via SN 2 reaction, cyclization and desulfurization. From the selected methyl ketone, various derivatives were prepared to construct the library of pyrazole derivative.
