청소년의 문화성향에 따른 성역할 정체감, 심리적 조망 및 도덕성 지향의 관계 : The Study on the Difference of Sex-Role Identity, Psychological Perspective and Moral Orientation related to Adolescents'' Cultural Tendency

본 연구에서는 청소년의 문화성향에 따른 성역할 정체감, 심리적 조망 및 도덕성 지향의 관계를 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 생활수준과 성별을 고려하여 선정한 서울 지역 소재의 6개 고등학교 2학년생 597명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문화성향에 따른 성역할 정체감의 차이를 알아본 결과, 집단중심 성향자가 개인중심 성향자보다 여성성 수준이 더 높은 것으로 나타났고, 개인중심 성향자가 집단중심 성향자보다 남성성 수준이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다 둘째, 문화성향에 따른 심리적 조망의 차이를 알아본 결과, 개인중심 성향자는 집단중심 성향자보다 공정조망 수준이 더 높은 것으로 나타났고, 집단중심 성향자는 개인중심 성향자보다 인정조망 수준이 더 높은 경향을 보이고 있으나 유의한 수준은 아니었다. 셋째, 문화성향에 따른 도덕성 지향의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 집단중심 성향자가 개인중심 성향자보다 배려지향적 도덕성 수준이 유의미하게 높게 나타나고, 개인중심 성향자가 집단주의 성향자보다 정의지향적 도덕성 수준이 높게 나타났다. 첫째, 문화성향에 따른 성역할 정체감의 차이를 알아본 결과, 집단중심 성향자가 개인중심 성향자보다 여성성 수준이 더 높은 것으로 나타났고, 개인중심 성향자가 집단중심 성향자보다 남성성 수준이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다 둘째, 문화성향에 따른 심리적 조망의 차이를 알아본 결과, 개인중심 성향자는 집단중심 성향자보다 공정조망 수준이 더 높은 것으로 나타났고, 집단중심 성향자는 개인중심 성향자보다 인정조망 수준이 더 높은 경향을 보이고 있으나 유의한 수준은 아니었다. 셋째, 문화성향에 따른 도덕성 지향의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 집단중심 성향자가 개인중심 성향자보다 배려지향적 도덕성 수준이 유의미하게 높게 나타나고, 개인중심 성향자가 집단주의 성향자보다 정의지향적 도덕성 수준이 높게 나타났다.

This study was designed to investigate the difference of sex-role identity, psychological perspective and moral orientation according to cultural tendency. For the research, the total 597 subjects were chosen among the 2nd grade high school students from six high schools in Seoul, regarding their living standard and genders. The results of the study are as follows : 1. There is a significant difference in sex-role identity according to cultural tendency. Idiocentrics scored higher in masculinity level than allocentrics. On the other hand, allocentrics scored higher in femininity level than idiocentrics. 2. As a result of verifying the difference in psychological perspective according to cultural tendency, idiocentrics scored higher in fairness than allocentrics. However, allocentrics had more tendency to fraternity than idiocentrics, but it was not significant statistically. 3. In the difference of moral orientation according to cultural tendency, it was turned out that the morality of caring is more significant in allocentrics than in idiocentrics. On the contrary, the morality of justice is more correlated in idiocentrics than in allocentrics.
