초록/요약
전자 투표 시스템은 여러 가지 서명 기법을 바탕으로 다양하게 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그 중 한가지인 연계 가능한 환 서명을 바탕으로 한 전자 투표 시스템을 보완한다. 기존의 연계 가능한 환 서명은 두 번 이상 서명한 서명자의 신분을 공개하는 단계에서 믿을 수 있는 제 3자를 필요로 한다. 이로 인해 서명자의 익명성을 완벽하게 보장할 수 없는 문제점을 갖게 된다. 우리는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고, 개별 투표지에 선거 관리자의 보증을 포함하는 새로운 전자 투표 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 전자 투표 시스템은 신뢰 가능한 제 3자가 없이도 중복 서명자의 신분을 공개할 수 있다. 추가적으로 투표지에 선거 관리자의 보증을 포함함으로써 다양한 응용이 가능한 특징을 갖는다.

The electronic voting system has been studied variously based on several signature schemes. In this thesis, we adjust and complement the electronic voting system based on a linkable ring signature scheme. All linkable ring signature schemes which have been proposed need the trusted third party to identify who signs more than once. This causes a problem not to satisfy signer’s anonymous property. We propose new electronic voting system that solves this problem and includes authority’s assurance to each ballot. The proposed electronic voting system allows identifying who signs more than once without the trusted third party. Additionally, the ballot which takes authority’s assurance can be used in many ways.
