초록/요약
본 논문에서는 IMD특성을 개선한 전력 증폭기를 설계, 제작하였다. 바이어스 포인트가 다른 두 증폭기를 제작하였으며, 전력결합시 비선형 특성을 개선하기 위하여 branch line coupler를 이용하였다. 제작결과 평형구조 증폭기에 비하여 2-tone 인가시 7dBc의 IMD 개선효과와 WCDMA 1FA 인가시 5dB의 ACPR의 개선효과를 얻을 수 있었다.

In this thesis,the power amplifier combining structure which is improved the IMD is designed and manufactured.Two amplifiers which have different bias points are manufactured.The branch line coupler is used to improve the non-linear characteristic in power combination. This power combining structure compared in the balanced amplifier and 7dBc of IMD improvement in 2-tone test and 5dBc of ACPR improvement in WCDMA 1 FA test it was.
